OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES/POLICY
 
  1. Employees and immediate family of FOX 102 (WMFX-FM), advertising agencies, other radio stations or sponsors connected with any contest aired on FOX 102 (WMFX-FM) are not eligible to win.
     
  2. To give all FOX 102 (WMFX-FM) listeners a chance to win, if cash or prizes are valued at or are more than $100 (one hundred) dollars, then the winner must wait 90 (ninety) days before trying again. If cash or prizes are valued at less than $100 (one hundred) dollars, then the winner must wait 30 (thirty days) before trying again.
     
  3. All contest players must call the FOX 102 (WMFX-FM) FOX line at 803-742-1023. This is the only telephone number you can call to play any contest aired on FOX 102 (WMFX-FM).
     
  4. Contest participants for all call-in-to-win contests aired on FOX 102 (WMFX-FM), must be the correct caller in order to win.
     
  5. All contest calls on FOX 102 (WMFX-FM) are recorded and may be played back on-air at a later date.
     
  6. The winning entry will be selected at random for all contests requiring fax-in, mail-in and/or drawings.
     
  7. All senders of mail-in, fax-in and/or drawings will have 102 (one hundred two) seconds (OR OTHER SPECIFIED TIME) to call in and claim their prize ONLY if specified to do so. Otherwise, the winner will be contacted.
     
  8. FOX 102 (WMFX-FM) reserves the right to disqualify any mailed-in, faxed-in and/or drawing if contest rules are not followed.
     
  9. All contest prizes must be picked up at the FOX 102 (WMFX-FM) studio unless otherwise specified.
     
  10. All winners have 15 (fifteen) days to pick up their prize. All winners must be at least 18 years old to win. Proper ID is required to claim prizes.
     
  11. Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.
     
  12. Only 1 (one) winner per household per 30 (thirty) days if winnings are valued at more than $100 (one hundred) dollars.
     
  13. All prizes that are not picked up within 15 (fifteen) days will become the property of FOX 102 (WMFX-FM) and may be awarded to a future contest winner.
     
  14. Winners may be required to sign a release of liability and/or a tax form for certain contests/prizes.
     
  15. FOX 102 (WMFX-FM) disclaims any responsibility for incomplete calls, whether due to telephone equipment malfunctions, busy lines or otherwise.
     
  16. FOX 102 (WMFX-FM) has the right to refuse any winner their prize if one or more of the above rules are broken.
     
  17. All contest decisions are FINAL.
